So, you're thinking about joining the street team?

Well, that’s just terrific! We’re always looking for highly motivated and creative people to join our team. That’s right! Creativity is essential in helping build this fan base. Fresh new thoughts and ideas are just what we’re looking for. Our hope is to build a community where fans can meet and share their love of music, bounce ideas off of one another, and actively promote the band in so many different ways.

Here’s what we might ask that you do:

  • Email - Share the band with your friends and family. If you know anyone who’d enjoy our monthly newsletter, you could encourage them to sign up on the mailing list by forwarding it to a friend.
  • MySpace - Check out the band on MySpace and befriend them! Slide them on your “Top Friends” list if you can. MySpace is one of the best resources for musicians and their fans to become fast friends.
  • Message Boards and Blogging - Register on our website and chat about the band as much as possible. If you are an avid blogger, make sure you spread the word on other message boards as well.
  • Post a link - Whether it be on an instant message profile, MySpace profile, or online signature, post a link to the band’s website to also help promote them.
  • On the “Fly” - Hand out flyers and hang posters! We might ask for your help in this area, especially if the band is coming to your city.
  • Radio Stations - One of the best ways to promote the band is through the radio. You could phone in and request their music during a specific time. We will tell you where and when, you just make the call.
  • Show Participation - When you’re at a show, make sure you send others back to the merch table to sign up on our mailing list. If they’re having a great time and they see you having a great time, they should definitely be on our list too!

However you chose to participate, whether it’s one or all of the options above, just know that it all helps! We’re looking forward to your participation as well as meeting you out at a show. Thanks for your support! Laissez les bons temps rouler (Let the good times roll)!
